First Public release of Horde?


This is update version 0.0.1 (indev)

Version 0.0.1 has (below)

- Added the FAL

-Added two zombie types (Regulars and Shockers)

-Infinite spawning

-Collateral kills and hits (Bullet penetration)

-Name for the player (Check out the in-game files by pressing "Look Inside")

-More future updates on the way!

Here was the process. (Keep in mind it was made in a day so the quality wont be as good as expected)

The first major issue (And a fairly complicated one) : Zombie spawn systems. This took quite a while to finish but still managed to finish it. Now the second one was the speed differential. Fairly hard to choose between 10 and 5. (Chose 5 for some fun reason) and the next big issue was the death animation for the zombies. Fairly rigid but I wasn't very happy with it. Plan on changing it in the future. Animation had to be linked with the enemy AI script so that when it dies, the animation plays before the clone is deleted. The player model was also fairly rigid as it was just a BLUE CIRCLE. Plan on making it look more tacti-cool!
